Yes, of course! We understand how hard it can be to be apart from your furry friend. We provide updates that always include photos at the end of each visit. Throughout extended drop-ins and overnights, we will send multiple updates to keep you posted on all the fun your pet is having.

For overnight stays/care lasting longer than one night, we do require a 35% security deposit. The security deposit locks in your dates so you don't need to worry about us being overbooked!
As stated in section 16 of our contract and on our business page: In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, snow, or other extreme conditions, the pet sitter will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. However, due to the safety concerns or travel disruptions, the timing of visits may be adjusted to earlier or later in the day. The pet sitter will inform the pet owner as soon as possible if any delays or adjustments are necessary. The pet owner understands and agrees that while the sitter will prioritize the well-being of the pets, occasional time changes due to weather-related factors may occur.
