Are seeking a traditional employee (W-2) position
Prefer working in the same location every day
Are uncomfortable with outdoor care or changing weather
Struggle with communication, punctuality, or accountability
Are only looking for short-term or temporary work

what you'll need:

A genuine respect for animals and their well-being
Experience in animal care
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a background check
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
A smartphone for scheduling, messaging, and visit updates
Comfort entering client homes independently
Another source of income, as this is a flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role

compensation

Contractor pay varies, starting at $13+ per visit, increasing from there

(rates determined by service, time, and experience)
