To get started with care, we ask all new clients to submit a request through Time To Pet with their preferred dates, typical scheduling needs, and availability for a complimentary introductory meet-and-greet. This helps us learn about your routine and ensure the best possible fit for your pets and household.
Based on your needs, schedule, and location, we will thoughtfully match you with a trusted High Peaks Pet Care Specialist who is best suited to provide consistent, personalized care.
As our team grows or schedules shift, we may occasionally introduce you to additional pet care specialists so you always have reliable coverage and peace of mind. Whenever possible, we prioritize consistency and smooth transitions to keep your pets comfortable and stress-free.
Re-meets & Additional Introductions
In some situations, an additional meet-and-greet (re-meet) may be recommended or required. This can be especially helpful for anxious or sensitive pets, when introducing a new Pet Care Specialist to your household, welcoming a new pet, or when there have been significant changes to care instructions, routines, or the home environment. Re-meets help ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before services begin. Since these visits require dedicated time and scheduling, they are subject to an additional fee.
